Overseas network February 27, according to the Gulf News, due to the escalation of tensions between Pakistan and India, Pakistan has suspended commercial flights at all major airports.

The Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority said on Twitter: "The Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority has officially closed its airspace and will reopen the notice."

The Indian side said that it has closed nine airports. On the 27th, when tensions in India and Pakistan escalated rapidly, the entire airspace north of New Delhi was currently vacant.

This tells so much about the size of Pakistani domestic airline industry that whole airspace has been closed for 3-4 days and still there is no effect

Stupid Modi lover. LOL what has the closure of our airspace got anything in relevance with the spanking we handed out to IAF?

Pakistan is not irresponsible. The airspace will only be opened once we have firm guarantees that the airspace is safe. Until then the world can reroute flights. Besides, Pakistan is irrelevant according to Indian wisdom. Why would anyone require an irrelevant airspace? India can make up for airspace. India is the only relevant country in the world. No worries.

in recent times, not one...i repeat, not one flight returns to their base without passenger.....heck they are charging passengers extra for bulk space and exit door seats and you say they fly empty? no dear they are not dumb as you to waste money on fuel just to get home
