Pakistan, South Korea agree to enhance defence cooperation

. .
What kind of ships we can get from them?? does they have competitive price???
Don't know about the price, I think no one can compete with the Chinese when it comes to the price. As far as ships are concerned the 2 names stated previously have build every thing from destroyers to corvettes to frigate to anti mine warfare crafts for the South Korean Navy, even subs in collaboration with Germans.
The South Koreans currently field the largest destroyer in an Asian navy.

India should have put more effort in the Look East Policy. Merely concentrating on Japan and ignoring South Korea was not a good thing.
Probably India should have, but then again Japanese are no amateurs as well. They too are very good when it comes to engineering probably they can only be compared to the lights of Germany.

On which projects Japan and India have worked or are working?

What products SK can offer which Pakistan may want to have?? What type of ships they want to built in Pakistan?

Only time can tell that, PN has a long wishlist and until we get an official word what ever I say would be based on assumptions. However as @Sulman Badshah said I too believe they'll only help us in building the shipyards and the infrastructure rather than selling any ship.

As long as some JV can be established, then I am a happy man

Currently everything is all theory and little practice. There have been reports of joint Indo-Japanese exercises and understanding but little else. India had shown interest in the Japanese US-2 amphibious aircraft but even that deal like the MMRCA deal is still on paper.

Pakistan, South Korea agree to enhance defence cooperation
Minister for Defence Production attends the opening ceremony of Seoul ADEX 2015.

Pakistan and South Korea have agreed to establish mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of defence production.

The agreement came during a meeting between Minister for Defence Production Rana Tanveer Hussain and South Korea's DG Defence Industry Promotion Oh Won Jin in Seoul.

The two sides agreed to enhance defense capabilities by helping each other through joint ventures.

Minister for Defence Production Rana Tanveer Hussain is on a five days visit, along with Chairman H.I.T Lt. Gen Wajid Hussain, to China and South Korea. The minister also attended the opening ceremony of Seoul ADEX 2015.

Rana Tanveer Hussain also met Korean Minister for National Defence, Han Minkoo.

Good development for both Pakistan and South Korea!

SK has developed a comprehensive industrial base that cater for ROK forces for some time, and became an key exporter in recent years, markets include Indonesia, Turkey, Malaysia, Philippines, United Kingdom, Poland, Thailand, Iraq, UAE, Azerbaijan, etc.

SK build ships but weapons are all US so its not possible for Pakistan to get those as US will not allow those systems specially SPY radar and associated weapons.
what you say is right but we have to at least try for it, might they allow export of SPY radar and weapons...
don't forget that SK already offered us T-50 jet which uses Israeli radars,

T-50 / F-50 is LIFT and light attack aircraft therefore US may not have issues as Pakistan operates F-16s, but Destroyer like KDX-II/III have systems which US have denied Pakistan so not possible that they allow SK to sell those to Pakistan.

Those destroyers are game changer weapons if only 4-6 are acquired because PN will become capable to operate far from shore and without air cover.

You were right, ROKN KDX-II/III class is in the league of JMSDF Atago-class and USN Arleigh Burke flight IIA so export is almost impossible. Surface combatants that PN may procure from SK is Incheon-class FFG (Daewoo export version DW3000H), or procure support ships (e.g. Daewoo fuel tankers for Royal Navy).
