Pakistan should first respect India before resumption of cricket: BCCI

why are the pakistanis so interested to play with india ? financial trouble in PCB perhaps?

.
Which part of post No 1 seems like whining to you ?

To me it shows a firm No

BCCI is still whining about Hasan Ali's action at Wagah border.

Even though it is a non issue and has nothing to do with playing cricket with Pakistan or not

Clear cut case of whining.

It was some curious case of PCB and BCCI signing some MoU to play as many cricket matches between India and Pakistan, when PCB supported BCCI selection in BIG 3...and PCB is saying India not honoring the MoU and commitment.

More than Pakistanis, PCB might be interested in it, BCCI too for the income it will generate, but the current Indian govt. had other ideas.

You my friend are a piece of shit, Indian loving nerd. I've had enough from you. Good day!

My views on this are in post # 37

Why is PCB dying to play with India even after its been told in more ways than one & more times than one to hop ?

Its like a child lamenting " Meri Bari ?

PCB is asking BCCI to honor a MOU it signed. Poor Sethi is an intellectual and thinks MOU once signed should be honored.

He doesn't know that he is dealing living peace of sh!ts in this case.

Again. Ask BCCI to stop whining on non issues like Hasan Ali actions at border.

its unfortunate, the events.
as a neighbour we should have been the first to visit pak and play there and thrown our weight in ur support. but alas, election and pakistan-bashing is somewhat synonymous.

Now , this is the problem with PCB. They did not do their home work & put too much faith in a non binding paper. They need a stronger legal cell

"A memorandum of understanding (MOU) is a nonbinding agreement between two or more parties outlining the terms and details of an understanding, including each parties' requirements and responsibilities. An MOU is often the first stage in the formation of a formal contract."

Legal Ramifications of an MOU
An MOU signals a legal contract is imminent. However, an MOU itself is not legally defensible but should still clearly outline specific points of an understanding. An MOU should describe who the parties are, what the project is they are agreeing on, the scope of the document, each parties' roles and responsibilities and more. While an MOU is not legally binding, it can help two parties move in the right direction toward an agreement.

Sethi obviously was ill informed by his team.

PCB company and its interests.. not Pakistanis nor they care about dignity of Pakistan as clearly evident from there stance. i as Pakistan wouldn't give two hoots if the govt ban cricket in Pakistan let alone caring about playing with bharatis.

Sethi knows what MOU are and they are not binding legally. However he expected BCCI to honor it or at least give some valid reasons for it unlike "our jawans died at LOC so we won't play with you" kind of BS.

He didn't know he is dealing with peace of sh!ts as I said before.

Then what is he lamenting about & why ?

However he expected BCCI to honor it or at least give some valid reasons
BCCI meanwhile expected him to understand english which would help him realise the relevance of the document he bandies about . This evidently was a tall order.

He didn't know he is dealing with peace of sh!ts as I said before.

Now, this is surprising , considering he comes from a nation like Pakistan which has similar traits & has been on the receiving end of most exchanges with India.

Maybe he & the PCB has grown old but not grown up ?
