Pakistan should conduct Plebiscite in Azad Kashmir

This thread is taking its lead from following two news

• Pakistan has raised issue of Kashmir in UN and demanded Plebiscite
• India has rejected Pakistan's demand of Plebiscite and shown its usual lameness

Suggestion:
Lets begin this process of Plebiscite in Azad Kashmir which is the independent state of Kashmir outside Indian Occupation. By starting the process of Plebiscite in Azad Kashmir, we will

1. Take this issue to a new level altogether, appreciated under international law
2. Give a new goal to Kashmiris under Indian Occupation to demand it with more zeal
3. Destroy flimsy Indian stance that Kashmiris are already exercising their right to vote under Indian Constitution
4. Complete half of the process asked by UN resolutions, pressurising India to complete its half (we know India would try to play but we can always demand international and neutral audience - which will open doors of international press and Media to Kashmir which India has blocked since decades)
5. Give Kashmiris a more legitimate channel to exert their energies and connect with Pakistan and Azad Kashmir for good reasons and more.
6. Plebiscite should carry three questions,
   1. Azad Kashmir should be independent territory
   2. Azad Kashmir should be part of Pakistan
   3. Azak Kashmir should be part of India
7. This will be hard to counter by India - India at best can reject its results but Indian opinion matters least here.
8. Countries who previously sided with India will also find hard to object or reject such an initiative. Factually there are no grounds of rejection of independent observes are invited.
9. Scotland has recently went through that and there is a recent example before the world where opinion of people shaped their future.

I know this is not official thread but if this Idea seems workable, we can make it a National and Kashmir Voice. If this happens, Pakistan has nothing to loose but as a result of this Plebiscite, it and Kashmiris can gain a lot.

Plebiscite or not. Both the countries should be content with the territory they have and end the madness. It has not yeild anything in last 60+ years and want do in coming....

If this was contentful, Pakistan must have given up Indian occupied Kashmir by now. 60 years on, we are as prepared to take it back as we were in 1947. Its not just Pakistan, 2rd and 3th Generation of Kashmiris have rejected India and are demanding libation after 60 years of terrorism and occupation by India.

Sounds like a good idea.. Can we hold a plebiscite in Azad Kashmir and GB taking UN into consideration?

UN alone can be blackmailed by USA or other countries who have economic interests with India. We can invite Russia, China, EU Countries, human right organizations, Amnesty International and many credible organizations to observe this poll.

It sounds like a excellent Idea to me now, it'd further put pressure in India to hold a plebiscite in IOK, so what's exactly holding us back ?? We should do it ASAP, IMO .

Please read the UN resolution again(you guys are so fond of it)..... it says in this exact sequence:
1. Stop war
2. Pakistan take troops back to Pakistan.
3. India to ensure peace
4. After that UN monitors and conducts plebcite.

I love the gullibility of and Average Pakistani...Pakistan has no locus standi on KAshmir.
Now ask your army to move back to Pakistan.

• Invite European Union
• Invite Japan
• Amenesty International who has been most active on the subject of Kashmir
• Bring somebody from Africa

By changing the complete demography and the ethnicity by systematically brain washing the locals, clearing the minorities, you are trying to prove that Azad Kashmir, GB wants to be part of Pakistan, so is Kashmir?
If you really want to implement UN resolution in totality then you should first hand over whole of Kashmir under your occupation back to India. Thats the first step. We will restore the kashmiri pandits back to their original homes. We will restore all the kashmiri muslims who have been brainwashed by terrorists across the LOC to rational thinking. Then once the peace and sanity is restored in the area, then we will have elections in whole of Kashmir just like we have been doing in our part of J&K as of now.

Yes, Why not , Plebsicite in whole kashmir including india & Pak territory side. I agree

Before all that happens... Pakistani army has to run away form P0K... and are you very sure that Pakistan Army is willing to do that?

I really wonder why Pakistanis avoid discussion on these three primary conditions of plebiscite...if it were to happen.
