Lets not exaggerate IN have got huge numerical superiority in numbers and quality and we have just started to modernize our naval assets. We are a coastal force while IN is almost have blue water capability. Our whole planning is India should not be able to block our sea lanes and choke out our economy. Addressing this imbalance will take a long time and its not a over night project. So lets not jump the gun and watch and see what else PN inducts down the line. Inducting above mentioned assets is a very positive development and hope more to follow. Lets hope our economy picks up at the same time and that will be the most welcome news for us so we can afford the toys which are needed to defend us from our twisted neighbour.

IN navy will have her work cut out.
In 2019, they tried to come from sea side but had to stand down.

Last I remember the IAF was much bigger than the PAF and had the 69420th generation Sukhoi Su30Mki raptors of the easht on 27th February and all it show down was its own helicopter. So…
besides, it’s never a 1:1 comparison, never will be, all of Indian armed forces will always be bigger, does that mean they’ll be better? Recent events and on ground realities say No. by 2030, that ratio for both surface and submarine combatants will be much closer than its ever been. Realistically India should worry. Especially since it’s not just Pakistan it has to face.
On the other hand, the Pakistani members who are acting all high and mighty should behave too, I get this is a Pakistani forum and that feeds your bias a lot. Don’t be hypocritical. That title is nothing but toxic and should be changed, if an Indian opened a similar thread on this forum for their navy, it would be removed, and a similar post on that thread by a Pakistani member would be given positive ratings instead of negative.



I don’t usually comment here, but I’ve seen this too often, the Indian members are often treated unfairly, but there’s only a few of them that deserve it. Some are just trolls and most are just as bad as the average Pakistani member when it comes to blind nationalism.

so yo are claiming that indian navy whose rule is to decimate pakistan navy as soon as possible and to do a blockade will have to no headaches with 8 frigates, 8 corvettes and 11 AIP subs, all of which will be in service by 2027..not counting the numerous FAC with long range (>400km) antiship missiles and the dozens of coastal long range antiship missles alogn with multiple over the horizon radars??

this is almost 1/4 th of all indian navy surface fleet and half of indian navy project sub fleet ina very small costal area

22 P8 cant do shit in presence of 8 antiair frigates with VLs systems ...
in short IN will not be bale to do anything in pakistan backyard.. and PN will easliy keep the lines open WITHOUT HELP from PAF

These clowns took 11 days to find wreckage of their own crashed aircraft in their own territory on land despite having all the surveillance aircraft and equipment

One can easily guess their ability to search and track Pakistani subs in international waters

That’s the biggest equalizing factor in the two armed forces. The size will never be 1:1. But the effectiveness definitely Tilts to another side. They are incompetent and there’s no way around that, there is just no index to measure that so it can’t be presented as a fact. They crash 30 aircraft a year. Shoot down their own planes. Topple their own ships and stand on top of wreckages asking where the lost planes went. As long as we uphold our quality, we are good. But at the same time, if we want to bash them so blatantly, which is clearly allowed on the forum, then allow them to do the same sometimes without such hypocrisy. I get that it’s a Pakistani forum. But at least see the fault in it yourself.
