There is no possibility that it can happen in the next million of years. As long as Antarctica stuck in the south pole it can not happen. Antarctica contain 90 percent of all ice in the world. In the last 50 million years, East Antarctica ice sheet never melt, despite Earth experienced numerous warmer period than the current inter-glacial warmer period. East Antarctica ice sheet alone contain 80 percent of all ice in the world. It is the coldest place in the Earth, temperature hovers around -70 degree Celsius to -90 degree Celsius there. So global temperature rising 2 to 4 degree Celsius which global warming scientists are predicting can not dent East Antarctic ice sheet. Global warming scientist are now predicting about 0.7 meter sea level rise by 2300 AD largely due to partial melting of Greenland and West Antarctic ice sheet. 0.7 meter sea level rise is a far far cry from realizing this map.
