ISLAMABAD: Pakistans inflation rate eased to 7.39 per cent in September year-on-year from 8.55 per cent in August, according to figures released by the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics on Tuesday.
Consumer Price Index (CPI) inflation was 8.8 per cent in September 2012.
On month-on-month basis, it decreased by 0.3 per cent in Sept 2013 as compared to an increase of 1.2 per cent in the previous month and 0.8 per cent in September 2012, said the PBS.
