The world does not function on lofty principles of non-interference and the international rule of law. Even those who present themselves as champions of human rights bring those up to only extend their own influence. It would be naive to think that the Western world would change its policies towards India due to its subversive activities in Pakistan. The utility of India to the Western world more than ever today. It would remain so for the foreseeable future due to China's ascent and the need for a regional power to keep China engaged.

You have to first build a strong narrative. And then take any action.
