The left one: What it needs now should be a sweet green olive branch, replace the start with the moon (Top center), put a real eagle picture (With a star in the back from the right).

The left logo is fine. Its gonna have changed colors. The eagle represents the PAF (saviour of Pakistan), olive branch becomes the chand, and on the top of that there is a sitara, representing the flag, government logo, and sun behind the eagle represents peace & prosperity.
