Yes my cousins used it a while ago. It is damn fast and works. Recommended. Even overseas Pakistanis can use it and lodge complaints.

I have a complaint - why don't they outlaw open sewers in the whole of Pakistan and get rid of those pesky mosquitoes in the cities.

I agree... But public cleanliness has to be followed by and promoted by the public as well.

That means 100K complaints that should be solved by bureaucracy has to be solved by PM's office! That is the implication of a rotten system. If it takes such portal to fix basic necessities then what are those people getting paid for? clearly they are not doing their job.
