You do know that Banning Indian Movies isnt Worth Crap with age of pirating you cant stop it
Pakistan needs a systematic apporach in regards to that
1st build its local industry which can compete in regards to movie and shows and can generate revenue if prime time for Indian shows , Movies and music is being stop.

Provide content from other countries Turkey , Middle east , chinese, korean , Japenese ( Specially Anime )
middle eastern content will bridge religious gap and they are some what similar to pakistani culture
and other countries content will generate revenue for them and as well give them millions of new viewers
which most probably will help them invest in Pakistani industry.

Majority of movies in Pakistan are pirated biggest way to hurt them is dont watch them
which will stop all the revenue from cinemas.

Pakistan cinema is growing but its somewhat stuck between the Bollywood and Hollywood style with all its songs in movies for no reason. They need to build its image.

TV is a tool which can build its society or can erase everything important to it , 98% of Tv shows are following same indian pattern of Sas bahu and love story.
Build shows which nuture its younger generation , fullfill the need of middle and seniors
Motivate them in science , life , helping society , country , instead of whats being played now show them where Pakistan as nation and a society lacking give them knowledge to build and solve those problems

If we can't ban them, introduce 'hatred tax' by making the tickets go for 5 or 10k per piece. The bigger the movie the higher the price for a ticket. Transfer that money directly to our defence budget. That's the only way.
