Actually many countries fall to that categoryThat's not always a good thing, for example...Egypt has a very high class and the rest are poor.
This is an interesting evaluation though.

Hmm, quite interesting. But AFAIK, Pakistan doesn't have any "super rich" ie the number of multi-millionaires is less than other parts of the region and they have 0 billionaires, China has some 122 and India has 55.
And from what many have said there is practically no middle class in Pakistan.
But the poor of Nigeria are far worse off than the poor of the U.S.
The poor in the West suffers from not malnutrition, nut poor diet as fast food is cheaper.

Oh yeah sure 75 million Pakistanis which are Middle Class don't even exist.. Billionaires like Mian manisha,Etefaq group, sitara industries,Bahriya etc or even billion corrupt politicos like zardaris etc are all a figment of our imaginations..
Mian Mansha only once appeared in 2010 Forbes List of Billionaires but he was out in 2011 Forbes List itself. At present there r no individual billionaires in Pak according to Forbes List 2013.
The World's Billionaires List - Forbes
Now plz don't come with unregistered incomes n all bcoz by that logic every country can claim hundreds of billionaires.
