Pakistan approaches World Bank after India builds Kishanganga on Neelum

.
well when we say water war that means war not disputes in world bank or imf or international arbitrary court... and i dont have any idea because i didnt research soo much about winning a dispute under dictatorship

So hopefully someone else will be able to answer my question.

To my recollection, water war ala water disputes between the nation seems to have always been in India's favor at the international arbitration courts and have been so forever/many instances/even when Pak was under military rule. Not sure if this is the 'pak goverement' doing, you know what I mean?

Pak has won some technical concessions like lowering the height of some dam etc. It has never been able to stop infrastructure projects. Also, obviously Pakistan per capital water available has decreased. The same system was earlier supplying water to 35 million people 1947. Without much infrastructure development - how will the same system supply water to 200 million people?

well all those who ruled Pakistan previously were having some kind of soft corner for india. All the military dictators soo far were born in pre partition (1947) era and our political leadership were always pro indians till now so you can say that it is partly deliberately on our leaders part that they didnt pursue water issues soo aggressively because of their soft corner for india , corruption , and short term goals in which water as a long term goal never got priority . however if Imran Khan's party wins the elections who happens to b a true opposition to the elites and a lone ranger ( even he has many bad apples from other parties too ) then a nationalist government will come in place and they will work and prioritize it. and if there will be any coup then it will b a real and different kind of military coup because 1. it wont b backed by US as previously all the coups were backed by US but this time it will will b backed by China 2. all the present generals are born in Pakistan after partition soo they have more sense of being Pakistani than previous dictators( they had this sense that we were one ppl and all that non sense ) sooo things will change in next 5yrs and ww3 is coming :)

The construction is complete, now nothing can be done. Neither by Pakistan nor by WB.

And Delhi will get bombed. So who will benefit.. ..brain before typo

Come on, you know nothing like this is going to happen. Water will be stored and not released during the sowing months. And by that I mean, no every drop, but the flow will be reduced so that Pakistan enters into an agrarian crisis. It will be released and part will be flooded but not in a devastating manner. Such things are well calibrated you know. Its a leverage/Deterrence and if I may say so, way better than what the Nuclear Bomb provided to India because it cant be matched by a lower reperian state like Pakistan. My twp cents.

Sanctions could bring India into knees but anyways if India stop water supply or not follow water treaty ....simply a barrage of cruise missile strikes at your dams imminent.

Well as of now you have sent a letter to the World Bank again. Cruise Mijilles are way off. Wait for world Bank to write back to you as of now. The words Fait Accompli ring a bell?

You are very much invited...
Will are stopping your water and will continue to do so...
You can only run to UN and nobody gives a damn about it.
It's better India use the water of the rivers rather than Pakistan wasting the water into sea....
And don't bring China into this...
