Although most of these mothers are British nationals now and permanently residing in UK..
But the toppers.....the Polish are not..
The statistics are churned out and often manipulated for political reasons..
Here the political reason is to find escape goat for ruling party's spectacular failure in handling the NHS-
They have brought NHS to the brimk of disaster,and now they are crying rspe,that NHS is in bad shape 'because' so many foreign born mothers give birth here...
