Considering I have met that gentleman several times, he would send you packing with what capabilities he hinted on being able to "deliver" in one month. However, his persona is one to keep quiet in general if for these pieces done on and off. I'd be careful mocking a person who knows both nuclear and missile tech on your side to a great extent and was able to hint at the sources your "indigenous" scientists ran to in trying to make it all work.

Our systems are not Chinese nor North Korean save for the earliest system. At least 14 differrent nations have contributed knowledge to creating the final product. So as mentioned earlier, system for system ; our missiles are more effective and operationally ready to do the one task assigned to them and the only task required of them by the security parameters of the state: deliver a nuclear warhead with a high degree of success against all ABMs and other public mumbo jumbo thrown out into the heart of your military bases and into all of your major cities.

Remove the chinese element from your missiles and i doubt even the steel sheets will be left of your missiles.
You are the only country which gets all its tests right on the first try . And these tests are conducted like a mela with lines of generals sitting under shamianas.
Its not a scientific endevour being conducted by engineers and scientists.
