However Kashmir was a muslim majority state where the overwhelming desire was to be part of Pakistan and as a muslim majority state to have their rights to a future of their choice being stolen just to force them into a indian union was a injustice forced upon them by india

So were Hyerabad, Some parts of UP and Bengal (Muslim Majority), but choices were given to people to go to Islamic state or remain at secular state.

Nothing was forced
- Muslims in India had choices to stay in Secular state or Move to Islamic Republic
- Non Muslims in Pakistan had choices to stay in Islamic Republic or Move to Secular State

Each and every citizen of British India (Hindus, Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Punjabis, Kashmiris etc.) had this choice, every one was free to take his decision

Lines were drawn, Princely states had choices and people also had choices. Still someone wants a Muslim state then they can move to Pakistan.

Terrorist and Terrorism is a word used politically for unfair advantage. To Kashmiri's, Indian Forces are TERRORISTS. Its a matter of perspective........and it changes; much like how the yesterdecades attributes to forefathers are today's terrorists!

Furthermore, the US Government does not designate Talibaan as Terrorist Organization. Just FYI. For Pakistan, it is support to Kashmir and Kashmiri freedom struggle, to us it is not terrorism but Kashmir's fundamental right to freedom against oppression and occupation.
