I think it is Tow-2 missile if not than it is new or upgraded variant of bakter shikan missile and the stuff is flying behind is tube it fell behind as soon as missile leaves the launcher

well..The ISPR page says Training fire..Not test fire.

Its part of training according to ISPR,
it was in the news channels that a successful test fire of a guided missile has been conducted, the title can be changed.
