PAF 'Top Gun' JF-17 Designated 'Fierce Dragons'

JF-17 Thunder, assigned to PAF' Top Gun, Combat Commanders School are given the call sign 'Fierce Dragons'. These aircraft operate in conjunction with Mirage Vs 'Skybolts' and F-7Ps 'Dashings' as well as borrowed F-16s from units based at the same location.

As the insignia on the tail tells us, these aircraft were drawn from various JF-17 units.
As those units started receiving new Block II versions, some of their older aircraft were transferred to the CCS.
In due course these were also upgraded to Block II standards.
