I agree with you, but then again that's an opinion of ours. Air Marshal Jawad Saeed is from what I've heard one of the most exceptional F-16 pilots in PAF. Still, the best person will be chosen for the job.

What difference does it make.

The current ACM has Op. Swift Retort under his belt and when history is revisited - his name will come up.

Quite frankly speaking, I sh!t care who becomes the next ACM. The ones who are lined up to replace him (whom so ever they may be), got to this point because they proved themselves in the PAF.
