LAHORE: As per agreement of Pakistan and Saudi Arabia this year 57000 pilgrims will proceed for Hajj under government scheme and 80000 through private group organisers.
According to a press release issued by Pakistan Hajj and Umrah Service here on Friday, overall 1,43,368 pilgrims from Pakistan would go for Hajj.
According to the Ministry of Religious Affairs sources government of Pakistan would collect health information of all intended Hajj pilgrims and give it to the government of Saudi Arabia along with other necessary documents so that proper arrangements could be made for the pilgrims.
