They should have taken action when the cops were picking people up from courts. When they got bail in once case but a frivolous case was filed and another 14 day remand. When they were sending 13 year old kids to physical remand.

When they weren't holding the executive in contempt for openly defying orders, when they were opening courts at midnight.
