Do you understand what is being said here?

The Iranization of Turkey is imminent.

The Zionists have been covertly supporting Erdoğan this whole time. How else could he be in power for nearly 20 years.

Iran and Turkey were the two non-Arab states which posed the biggest challenge for Israel's future. Israel knows that Iraq, Syria and other middle eastern states will not last. So they weakened their competition.

What's stronger?

A nation which is secular, has a good world image, respects scientific facts and isn't corrupt....

Or, a nation which uses religion to subdue its population, constantly does stupid things which have no benefit yet ruins the country's image, allows religious preachers to spread misinformation which completely disregards science and steals billions of taxpayer money for personal use by politicians?

Turkey is now a nation where almost half the population hates it's founding father, a man who fought against imperialism and won, then rapidly modernised the nation. Why? All because of state sponsored neo-Ottomanism. Who is supporting these people? Think.

A lot of people even here on PDF have been brainwashed to believe all of this neo-Ottoman propaganda. When in reality it's all a ploy to destroy Turkish national identity. We let in 4.5 million Syrians because of these geniuses. Please tell me what we've gained from this.

"Ottoman this... Ottoman that... bring back Arabic script because it Latin is western... let's go back to our roots. Oh I'm not Turk, my background is actually *insert nationality*, but I want the Ottoman Empire to return, go go go 2023 will be the year where we return... Bring an Islamic revolution to Turkey. Turkey shouldn't allow women to wear mini skirts, very disappointed. Hopefully Erdoğan will make Burqas compulsory."

This is literally the type of people that are the biggest supporters of our government. Our future is bright. Most of these people aren't even fans of our greatest Sultans, they like the ones which caused the most damage to us for some reason.

We were handed a gift from somewhere when Ataturk guided us to victory, modernised our country, kickstarted our industry and most importantly, gave us back our identity.

Our enemies didn't like any of this. So they've been trying to turn us into another Iran. They hope we become an Islamic Republic. It will be the greatest gift for them.

Once the revolution happens then civil war isn't far away. Finally the neo-Ottoman fans can have their Sykes Picot agreement.

By the way, the US dollar could be 20 liras... it wouldn't matter. Erdoğan will just say that outside forces are responsible. People will believe it once again. It's all good. Ayasofya is a Mosque so nothing else matters.

If you think things will improve wait until 2023.

The only thing that makes me hopeful for Turkey is the defence industry. We all know that most of it is run by Kemalists. But then and again most of the lucrative contracts are given to Erdoğan's allies.

This nation is corrupt to the core. If Erdoğan wins the next election, well all I can say is good luck to all my friends and family who live there

We are more divided than ever before, our media is almost entirely owned by Erdoğan, we've been "tricked" a million times, our economy is sh*t, we have over 4 million Syrians roaming around and we have no true allies apart from a few countries.

All of this and now a new bill was just passed which enables the government to censor social media. Our biggest enemy is a man who lives in a billion dollar palace in Ankara. If you all don't wake up then we deserve what's coming.

interesting point of view but i don't think this forum represent those "half population of Turks" who according to you are against AtaTurk's ideas. This forum is den of Kemalisim and its Pakistani fans.

It fluctuates, sometimes it's filled with Islamists, sometimes with Kemalists. But I agree there are probably more Kemalists.

There is strict moderation in place to keep Turkish Islamist away from this forum.

Anyways i don't see Iraninization of Turkey, Its more like Pakistanization of Turkey which you were hesitant to say i guess, Turks or i would say Islamist Turkish leaders don't have that wilayat e faqih cult or fetish for religious police, but they are proud of their imperial past and want to dominate former provinces.

Its more like Imperialism then Islamism.

Current Turkish leadership is corrupt. Erdoğan isn't even a Turk. All of their talk is meaningless. It's all for votes, nothing more.

We could respect our past empires while simultaneously respecting Ataturk. But our leadership is undermining Atatürk's legacy and they openly support people who attack Atatürk.

It's clear that they don't care about the societal division that they're causing.

now its deep Turkish internal politics which i wont like to respond as Pakistani. i leave it for Turkish Erdogan Govt supporters here.

Cheap, baseless and incorrect analysis.

This one was always among arguments to spread fear in Turkish people. Leaving secular free state and being Islamisation, Iranisation or Arabization. They said it 20 years ago and 10 years ago and now. They will use this argument in the future as long as a Qur'an reading leader will rule the country.

We also have to look at why a Jews newspaper use this argument by underlining Turkey's Nato membership. Because they don't like the things we are doing in Libya, Syria, Mediterranean Sea. They don't like an independent Turkey.

No one with right mind buys such bullshjt arguments in Turkey anymore. Coffee anyone? :coffee:

Just forget posting this kind of thing. You need to focus on reporting news of **** up that mainstream media hides. If you pile enough of these **** ups even fanboys will change to nationalism or rather reallign their political view.

What difference does it make if we are secular or not???

Our enemies hate us will always hate us regardless if we are Muslim or not. Erdogan is diving down more towards Political Islamism because him being anti nationalist, democrat and a moderate has all but failed to appease the West.

Regardless if we are Secular or Religious our enemies will always find a way to spread lies about us because we dont play by their rules in a game.

They play the Ataturk card of peace at home and in the world. They just want a pacifist Turkey that just sits by and does nothing to protect its interests.

Us Turks have our own culture I doubt any iranisation or arabisation will happen.

Nowadays us Turks are at odds with Arabs even with we have cultural exchanges and share the same religion. We are both different in many ways possible. We are also also clashing in our geopolitical interests.

Arabs cant change our demographics in Turkey does not enough of them do it. A lot of Arabs leave Turkey for Europe.

Biggest threat is the Kurds they are really increasing in population while the Turks fertility rates are falling.

Turkey is neither a victim of Iranization nor is the country witnessing a Pakistanization. Erdoğan praised a secular constitution in front of the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, he didn't just turn Aya Sofya into a mosque, he also allowed to build and restore dozens of churches across Turkey, he said multiple times that Turkey is a steadfast ally within NATO etc.

The opening post is mixing up ideology and the simple struggle for power in countries with an functioning electoral system. Same goes for Pakistan.

Erdoğan is a politician. He will do anything to stay in office. This is the motivation behind his actions, not a weird ideology to turn Turkey into a second Iran.

Jerusalem Post not surprised.

Fcking Jews these snakes.

These Jews had ordered Saudi Arabia to put its version of Islam into Turkey decades ago.

They wanted to put Turkey into a war with Iran by supporting Sunnism and thus sparking a Sunni-Shia war. This plan didn't work.

Now they are trying to make us look like Iran, and will continue trying to turn us into a backwards country. They want us to turn into an closed up Islamic Republic, because truthfully it would mean our end.

It won't work. Hopefully we get a leader which will shut these dirty gronks up.

Honestly I do wish the Shah never went. Im not a fan of the Pahlavi dynasty rather have some Secular Iran than the Secrtarian piece of crap founded by khomeini.

Khomeini is the problem once he tookover Iran his like we are going to carry our Shia Islamic revolution to the world.

The problem is the Sunni Countries not working together to contain Khomeini and his ambitions.

Now we have Iran having its tentacles in Syria, Lebanon, Iraq and Yemen.
