This is not Siddique Jan only Yesterday Kashif Abbassi in his program asked from Shahid Khaqqan about PMLN leadership having dinner with the highest personality in the Military Establishment, hinting a meeting with General Bajwa.

Once again why Bajwa is meeting politicians to decide the fate of the country's politics!!!

It is very clear that Bajwa is prime now to act like General Kiyani acted in favour of PMLN and other political parties during the lawyer's march movement.

This interference has to stop if Pakistan to see justice and fairness in its political and social life.

Same goes for SCP, they refused an application submitted by Barrister Siddque on the grounds that SCP cannot look in to the inner workings of the Parliament under the constitution.

But it turned on its head and next day took a Suo Moto on the same grounds, against which it announced that it is beyond the rights of the SCP under the constitution.

Now opposition demanding through Military Establishment certain judgement from the judiciary, is taking it to new low in Pakistani Politics.

I have suspicions, on the border of certainty that SCP will rule in favour of the opposition and call deputy speaker's ruling illegal and restore the status quo. Giving the chance to the opposition to rule over Pakistan.
It would also not look in to the letter or order any formation of a commission to investigate very serious charges of foreign powers involvement in over throw of PTI government.

We come to know that same has happened in Sri Lanka couple of days ago.

The undersecretary of State for South Asia hinted during his supposition that he had tried to deal with the issue of Pakistan , Sri Lanka's refusal to toe Washington line and vote against Russian's invasion of Ukraine.
Coincidence do not happen by chance, but rather by design.

Still PTI will resign from KP, Punjab and Fed. in Fed PTI can still present 125+ resignations. i dont think opposition can run parliment with 125+ missing MNA's. also this will put ECP in a position where it will have to call for fresh elections.

its just that ECP and new Parliament speaker may delay the process and hence oppositon will get enough time to reverse the election reforms

I have read your post my brother and I truely do not know whether to laugh or cry.
Firstly if the opposition has a case in the Supreme court why are they going left right and center. Clearly they want to get the situation maximally under their control/favour.
Secondly, what indications are they giving by going to the military while the case is beong heard. They are trying to look for a scape goat and in case the SC rules against them they will malign the judiciary.
Thirdly the end result being asked is to seek punlic mandate. When they were challanging IK to dissolve theparlianment and hold elections, why all of a sudden they are running helter and skelter to get any advantage they possibly can.
Bajwa is not only COAS, he is also a person. In our culture if someone calls on you it would be discourteous to not invite them for dinner. Even in his capacity as COAS what he is very likely to say to all of these scums is " we will follow the mandate of the state of Pakistan and not take any sides. Please seek your mandate from the people". Inreality this is all he/anyone can say. Now how is this interference in state matters.
We have a very odd habit of first running to the army giving them importance and a chance to interferein mattsrs where they need not interfere, and when they refuse to do so we malign them on grounds that they are taking sides and therefore interfering. Your rant against the Supreme court again belays your lack of understanding of judicial procedure. You need to understand the difference between the 2 rulings. The first one pertakns to the tenure of banning of MNAs/MPAs who indulge in floor crossing. This pertains to procedural matters which the NA needs to decide. It is a pathetic state of affairs that the goons ruling our state for the last 3 decades have been on the receiving end of thks menace andhave done nothing about it. However this is a procedural matter and the SC has directed it back for the NA to debate and decide. In the case of the Suo moto notice, the concern is that without establisshing link between foreign funding and who it has been dispersed to and the methodology of it, the Deputy speaker has issued a ruling contrary to the wishes of the majority of the parlianmentarians. This is possibly A TRANSGRESSION of the powers of the Deputy Speaker which the SC has powers to investigate/rule on on the greater interest of the running of democracy in Pakistan. Whatever the SC decides will be pivotal in preventing further transgression of powers by the Speakers to come.

PTI resign from KP assembly and Punjab Assembly. That is around 250 MPA seats. Add NA seats and that's further 125+. Add 50 for Baluchistan, Karachi etc.. that's almost 425+ seats. Do you think ECP will conduct bypolls on 425+ seats ? And then a year later conduct GE again ? I don't think so.

As I said in previous post, ECP will definitely delay the elections atleast till the time PDM is done with election reforms (that's abolition of EVM and expatriates votes).

The President can order a Referendum on Islamic Presidential system and replace the Supreme Court judges. A reputable Qazi-ul-Quzza with panel of Qazis can be appointed from among the practicing lawyers or judges of required experience from Islamic University, Islamabad, Islamic Law Graduates.

Objectives Resolution should be implemented in letter and spirit. An end to interest based transactions and end to gambling, hoarding and profiteering.

full of contradictions, so I don;t know where to start.

The dinners by COAS to political heads int he dark of the nights are not matter of showing courtesy. We know from the experience that Shahbaz used to meet COAS in the dark of the night. What authority COAS has to call politicians for dinner and discuss country's politics and how to run the country and by whom!!

Remember the fiasco of Lawyers movement and how COAS Kiyani interferred in the procceedings.

Article of Constitution is clear, the SCP cannot interfer in the inner working of the Parliament Speaker's rullings form part of the interal working of the Parliament. That Article was purposefully created/written to stop SCP/Courts meddling in the affairs of the NA.

A day before Barrister Sidduqe submitted an application on the same grounds, which was rejected by the Registrar that it is not maintainable in the SCP because of the barriers created by Article 69 of the constitution.
But strangely the same grounds became invalid in 24 hours and SCP decided to take Suo Moto action. Why!!

Did the constitution changed within a day giving SCP rights to interfere in the inner working of the Parliament!! No it didn't.
So clearly SCP has applied different rules for different people and once again acted on the "Doctrine of nessecity". This approach has nothing to do with the Law, it has everything to do with Judges whims, which they have excercised throughout 72 years. See the condition of Pakistani justice, it is a laughing stock of the world. And banishing at the bottom of the world league. It is not because of my doing, all to do with Judges doing.

I gave you example of today's proceedings in the SCP.

1- Shahbaz Sharif and BBZ were called to address the SCP, no such offer to the PTI and IK. Why!! They had their lawyers representing them why their personal appeals to the SCP needed!! Why no balance in the approach!!

2- Court doesn't know what serious charges of corruptions are faced by SS!! They think such corrupt thug is capable and suitable to run Paksitan!! He would have been charged by now for serious money laundering if he wasn't successfully with the help of the judges lengthen the process.

3- The culprit is also wanted for breach of his undertaking to the LHC for the bail and departure of his brother NS to the UK.

4- This corrupt thug and criminal was caught red handed calling justice Qayyum on the instructions of his brother NS to pervert and interfere in the application of the Justice. No action taken against both by Pakistani judiciary, they became CM and PM in Pakistan.
Pakistani courts are protectors of criminals or distrubutors of justice in Pakistan!!

5- SCP said to BBZ that his family has rendered services to Pakistan's politics.
A- We know how honest and credible his father is. He shamelessly said on TV that it is not his problem if people have deposited billions in to fake accounts created in the name of poor people.
6- His mother was about to be indicted in Spain by UN for "oil for food" program. She only escaped because she died and the case was then dropped against her.

7- Bilawal Bhutto's own travel and resturants bills are paid from the same fake bank accounts, but no one from journlists community or agencies or courts ask him, how he used fake bankaccounts to pay his bills!!

8- Creation of Fake Bank Account itself is a criminal offence forget about the money appearing in those bank accounts. Can you steal someone's ID and open a bank account in their names in any other country of the world without getting punished and jailed!!

9- Ishaq Dar admitted opening fake bank accounts from stolen ids of British Nationals, but no action taken against him despite his written admission in front of a Magistrate. What kind of country you can get away with blatant disregard of the law and committed serious crimes.
And still become Finance Minister of that Country.

This conversation is on the record for a decade now. The conversation never denied by Sharifs, investigations found Justice Qayyum and CJ LHC guilty and they lost their jobs. But no legal actions against SS and NS.

I want to respect Pakistani judiciary but I cannot, because I have seen from my own eyes, many SHC judges receiving large brown envelope full of money to give advantage to some parties in land and property disputes.

Call me old fashioned but I think all such people should be in jail rather than ruling Pakistan or providing justice The latest example is the fiasco of Justice Faiz Isa.
