He is getting old. Who they have to replace him? probably many but only shows up when he is retired.

I feel he should have been in Uniform, as his mens are in Uniforms. And he should have addressed them from a proper podium. No offence. But generals shouldnt behave like politicians. We expect highest standards from Military whicheva country they may belong to.
