As an online branch of OPPO's mother group(also manufactured by OPPO),
One Plus has really captured many consumers' heart.
It's a niche market, but worth investing.....
I think 29999 and 34999 rupees are quite cheap for this premium model.....

The OnePlus 3T is the latest smartphone OnePlus introduced. This is the company’s all-new flagship, and essentially a more powerful variant of the OnePlus 3 which was announced back in June. The OnePlus 3T comes with a more powerful SoC compared to the OnePlus 3, while it also offers a larger selfie camera sensor, and comes with a larger battery. In addition to all this, the OnePlus 3T also has a sapphire camera lens on its back, which is something we cannot say for the OnePlus 3.

That being said, the OnePlus 3T was introduced about two weeks ago, and is currently available in the US, Europe, China and South Korea. The company had confirmed that the phone will launch in India on December 2nd, and they fulfilled their promise, as they’ve just introduced the OnePlus 3T in the country. The company has announced both the 64GB and 128GB storage variants of the OnePlus 3T, the more affordable variant of the device is priced at Rs. 29,999, while the more expensive model costs Rs. 34,999. Both variants of the phone will be available for purchase in India exclusively from Amazon India starting from December 14th. The phone comes in Gunmetal color variant to India, while the Soft Gold model will become available later this month as well (only in 64GB storage flavor though).

The OnePlus 3T features a 5.5-inch fullHD AMOLED display, 6GB of RAM and 64GB / 128GB of non-expandable internal storage. The phone is fueled by the Snapdragon 821 64-bit quad-core processor, along with the Adreno 530 GPU. The device sports a 16-megapixel OIS camera on the back, while a 16-megapixel snapper is placed on the front side of this smartphone as well, different sensor, though. Android 6.0 Marshmallow comes pre-installed on the OnePlus 3T with the company’s Oxygen OS on top of it, though Android 7.0 Nougat is coming later this month. The 3,400mAh battery is also a part of this package, and thanks to OnePlus’ Dash Charge technology, you’ll be able to charge it up to 60% in approximately 30 minutes. If you’d like to know more about the OnePlus 3T, feel free to check out our full announcement of this smartphone.

As per Gartner, the Average Selling Price (ASP) of smartphones in India is $70 and smartphones under $120 contribute around 50% of overall smartphone sales here. Now consider the pricing of the new smartphones launched in China. The Mi Note 2 starts selling at $413 and goes all the way to $516 for the high-end variant. I think India is a lucrative market for low end products. It is showing the characteristics of a typical sub-Saharan market. Chinese companies are well-positioned.

Selling cheap shit to India and making huge margin us a great business model to use vs India

. . .
I thought the mascot is from a Chinese company why is it holding an Indian flag?

Kinda like Freedom 251 Modi was holding up...

That also was doned in Indian flags although the phone was made in China.

I think it does not matter for the public as they are kept ill-informed.

WTF guys.

I got the OnePlus 3 when it was listed as the "best phone in the world" a while back.

Now they release the OnePlus 3T and I can't even upgrade it.

I feel the same with Huawei Mate 8. It has EMUI 4.1 and I cannot upgrade to EMUI 5.0 which has just been released and used in P9 and Mate 9.

I feel sooo disappointed.

Yes, our high-end phones target Europe, low-end phones target India and many african countries.

The market is huge, every Chinese smart phone OEM could find its market.

As far as I know, Huawei Mate 9 will not launch in india.

Huawei is The premium phone maker. I believe they are already the best in trend setting.
That is because Huawei have a lot of control over the tech direction of their phone. The brain, chip, the touch, the charging, and wireless band communication are some of the things Huawei have full control over.
