There are more cases of quasi confiscation -- on the event that the company seems likely will be a big big thing in future. Unlike India, China often allow foreign to take profit at that fledging stage, and this was often by buying out foreigner stake.

India is simply naked confiscation with help of legal institution.

Suzhou park is too scandalously successful. I think very impractical to let Singapore have such as big stake. If singapore still owns Suzhou Park, the asset could be hundreds of billions.

Another question, do students have to pay tuition to their teachers for lifelong time? Singapore has gained enough money from this project. China has paid its tuition. And now Singapore is not qualified to be China's teacher anymore. Futher, the tuition of losing sovereignty is too expensive for an independent country. No country can accept that.
