upgrade the transmission lines/distribution system accordingly to generating capabilities & increase your focus on cheap hydro electricity in order to reduce not only production cost for industries but also to encourage regional competitive environment for our industries.

He is the Federal Minister for Power and was recently given the Federal Ministry of Petroleum. If Imran Khan gave him two ministries, that tells you he is doing something right. I have checked his Twitter page, he really seems to be working hard.
