Just go through video (3:10 - 5:30) and see the number of trucks lined-up on Indian side of the border, loaded with Indian goods, destined for Pakistan.
Can some one estimate, how many billion$ Pakistan state loose on daily basis due to smuggling from India.
I'm 100% sure similar way official smuggling is going on at port Qasim.
This explains, how Pakistani markets are flooded with Indian produce.

It is legal trade.

It’s happening even on LOC.

There was a WSJs show Mahaaz on LOC.. they covered cross border trade .. where Indian and Pak trucks cross the border under strict Supervision of both militaries (india & PA).

Now this is the situation at India border, the so called enemy, the perpetrator of all the terrorism in Pakistan.

Now all of you wonder, what would be the problem for politicians if they start charging $10'000.- from each of this truck as trade /transit fee!

So to answer you dear, it's definitely not illegal.... it's all legal which makes Pakistani politicians rich.
