When the Khobragade event happened, it was not a 'stray'case and it did infact impact the relations.

All that noise and hoopla even at that time indians knew it was just for ego satisfying. They knew moment there are coinciding interests for India and US they will get along together leaving behind any grey residues.
Again, i repeat nation and its foreign policy comes first reat all individual matters come later.
