I think your argument is against the evidence. Under Modi, Kashmir is hotter than it was in the last 15-20 years. Looks like Pakistan assets as you put are working overtime.

Pakistani militry is already in Arab world. Gen. Pasha is heading intelligence of UAE and our soldiers, pilots and strategists are serving them since decades. We don't need to learn from you what to do there.
