NSA Doval to attend BRICS NSAs meeting in China

.
he doesnt have much leverage.

China could swoop in anytime to take arunachal pradesh.

India military barring nukes, only has SU-30MKI as its main fighter force, the SU-30MKI is maximum F-15E standard and small quantity of arjun tanks which is questionable quality.

China has stealth planes and a few thousand Type 96A.

When China fully takes on India, Delhi, being only 350km from pakistan border, will be taken over in less than a week once the army falls.

The Chinese 5th Gen Fighter J-20’s Induction, A Threat To India
By Shivam Tiwari - March 26, 20170429

Chinese Airforce has inducted stealth 5th generation fighter J-20. J-20 came into light when a picture of aircraft was published when it was in the testing phase. The testing of J-20 was going at one of the highest airports in the world at the Daocheng Yading Airport in Tibet.

China was testing J-20’s high altitude endurance and performance, Tibet is considered as the roof of the world due to its average height of Tibet Autonomous Region is more than 4,000 metres above sea level. The induction of J-20 indicates the capabilities of the fighter in the harsh environment of Tibet. J-20 fighters joining the People’s Liberation Army Air Force (PLAAF) with Y-20 transport planes and H-6K bombers. J-20 showcases China’s cutting edge technologies in stealth fighter program and also contains some big military secrets.

Macau-based military observer Antony Wong Dong said very limited number of J-20’s are made, cause there are some engine issues.
J-20’s testing in Tibet raised brows of India because there is a continuous dispute between India and China over Tibet and Chinese development in the border region, also added fuel to the tension. A PLA website in September last year said the plane will be put into service soon but the ‘China-India border is apparently not the ideal place for its deployment’. Technically J-20 cannot be deployed in Doachang Yeding Airport cause the airport in the range of Brahmos cruise missile which India has recently deployed on eastern borders.

Doval will meet Xi along with NSAs of other BRICS countries.
Also, Doval will have a meeting on the border standoff with Yang Jeiche.
Yang Jeiche is the State Counsellor and advisor of boundary matters to the Chinese government.
BEIJING: China is giving signs of lowering its belligerence towards India ahead of the visit of Ajit Doval, the National Security Adviser, who will meet Chinese president Xi Jinping and other Chinese leaders on Thursday and Friday.
Doval will meet Xi along with NSAs of other countries in BRICS including Brazil, Russia and South Africa ahead of a security dialogue on Friday. Besides this formal meeting, he will have a meeting on the border standoff with Yang Jeiche , the State Counsellor and advisor of boundary matters to the Chinese government.

China's official news agency, Xinhua, caused a surprise praising Prime Minister Narendra Modi's management of the Indian economy and emphasising the need for enhancing business relations between the two countries.

This is seen as a signal from the top leadership that any possibility of a military conflict should be avoided because India is an important market for Chinese business.

Chinese foreign ministry on Wednesday refrained from a sharp attack on India when the issue about the border standoff came up. The spokesman merely quoted Chinese foreign minister Wang Yi on the issue and reiterated China's stands that withdrawal of Indian troops at Doklam is a pre-condition for meaningful dialogue.

There are signs China would be ready for a settlement if the two sides can work a formula to avoid loss of face for the government at a time when the People's Liberation Army is celebrating its 90th anniversary on August1
