North Korea's suicide bomber corps with nuclear backpacks show up in the armistice anniversary parade.
Another propaganda stunt by the Dear Leader :P

South Korea’s Defense Ministry is skeptical about North Korea’s ability to produce small-size nuclear bombs.

Ministry spokesman Kim Min-seok said in a regular briefing Monday that highly sophisticated technology is needed to produce the so-called “nuclear backpack bomb.” He explained experts don’t think North Korea’s military technology has reached a high-enough level.

On Saturday, North Korea showed off a group of soldiers wearing backpacks with the radioactivity sign on them during a military parade in Pyongyang. The event was held to mark the 60th anniversary of the Korean War Armistice.

Developed during the Cold War era, nuclear backpacks are small enough for soldiers to carry and plant themselves. They are detonated by remote control.

Well, if the NK-ans going to consider any nuclear attack as a first strike option, which they obviously have (given the young NK leader's global mass-media ranting of early this year), then I suggest we of NATO (and I invite the other superpowers to support us on this issue of common interest) prevent the NK-ans from attaining aaaany more nuclear bomb technology at all costs.
On the other side, any new (or existing) sanctions should definately not hurt the average NK-ans ability to get decent meals and drinking water *every day*. We only empower the NK regime by hurting average NK-ans. If this means NK troops are well-fed too, then so be it (if it were up to me).
