things dont happen in ''would have'' in international relations. Our EEZ is now added with 350 Sq km(if this figure is right)
So if yr iran or oman if a pipeline passes to yr country then it has to go through our EEZ. But yes like u say we dont own arabian sea so if by miracle u still bypass it then its all good. But still yr trade from chahbahar must not pass through our EEZ.

Rights and duties of other States in the exclusive economic zone​

PREAMBLE TO THE UNITED NATIONS CONVENTION ON THE LAW OF THE SEA

Pakistan can do squat to prevent this pipeline. Your territorial water ends at 12NM. You cannot prevent India or anyone else from laying down a pipeline even 13NM outside your coastline.
