HTC could be the maker of Googles latest Nexus phone. The Taiwanese giant is rumoured to be creating a 5in phablet phone for Google called the HTC One X 5.
According to GSMArenas inside sources HTC will bring an improved Android Jelly Bean 4.1.2 that offers better Project Butter (fluid speeds), more lock screen options, and a few minor improvements. The handset itself is said to have the worlds first 1080p smartphone screen, a Snapdragon S4 chipset, 12MP snapper and 2500mAh battery.
But the software talk is where the rumour falters. Historically all Nexus devices have brought with them new major Android software upgrades as is the bread and butter of Google. So could we see Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie with this HTC handset, or is it all rumour and Googles very own Motorola will be creating the new Nexus? Perhaps the Galaxy Nexus 2 rumour demands attention too? Well just have to wait and see.
This is the phone I would go for if it comes with these specs.
1080p! HTC even has great build quality, one of the only complains against Samsung Galaxy phones. To top it all off, the guarantee of Nexus to present quick upgrade to the current version of android.
I would be interested in the Ram and Processor specs.
