Precisely - it is important "right" now as the leader of Pakistan is the COAS..

Democracy is a facade in Pakistan - we have a "Pakistan Army Military Mafia state" in Pakistan with the COAS as the Kingpin.

This has to be fixed and the PA put in it's place and the democractic process must be allowed to evolve and the people of Pakistan must be allowed to have a say in who leads them and who makes decisions for them and who speaks for them...
