Andrew Strauss built this team along with the management. Morgan's lack of consistency has cost his team on numerous occasions. His repeated bizarre comments on style of play, strategy, and deliberately trolling certain other teams (Aus) have drawn the ire of numerous ex professional players, English and non-English. He is fortunate he has an awesome team otherwise he would have lost his captaincy ages ago.
