well i don't want comment on what KSA can build and what not .. but they are surely nowhere near Russia when comes to building everything .. and there is nothing bad in that , when it comes Defense System no one can beat Americans, than Russians comes second later comes NATO and China ..
but for the Topic it is stupid to make fun of a System based on few Failures , cause almost every System , Aircraft , missile or technology failed and retested that is how you make a perfect Product ..

All those patriots have not helped the Saudis in Yemen where scuds continue to hit Saudi military baracks. But that should be the least of your worries after losing like 400 pieces of heavy military equipment in Yemen. The Saudis should focus on recruiting people other then camel jockies that might help.

Russian SAM systems have downed thousands of aircraft. Most US military loses in Vietnam was due to SAMs. The Israeli have also lost a lot of aircraft due to SAMs.

There is a reason why the s300/400 are feared all over, the Russians managed to shoot down a f117 stealth plane with a missile considered ancient at the time.
