Where is drafted bill to appoint judges and Generals ? We will talk about it when this bill actually appear until then this informed sources of thenews just not reliable. Everyone should oppose it if such bill ever appear in future

If this bill ever materialises it will be absolute disaster, believe me this country will go in civil war if it ever happened, Godfather Dracula blood sucking leech cant let go of his ego and wishes to become PM again despite being convicted and Premier three times.

Yesterday's hearing and what CJ and other judges said, its becoming clear that SC is not going to sit idle if such bills are passed.
They want to control PA as they control Punjab Police.

Source? This doesn't make sense, generals are always appointed by parliament. Judges should be left alone to keep eye on corrupt politicians and provide justice to poor. Otherwise this country will not work and should no longer exist.

I knew absolutely nothing about who appoints who, so I asked found out from @Kabira (Thank you) that the Generals are appointed by Parliament/PM and then I went to supreme court of Pakistan web page and to get more information and found this information
(The Judicial Commission of Pakistan shall nominate a name for the appointment as judge of Supreme Court in majority after evaluating professional competency and antecedents. The recommendations of the Judicial Commission are sent to the Parliamentary Committee. The Committee after receipt of nomination from the Commission may confirm the nominee by majority of its total membership within fourteen days, failing which the nomination shall be deemed to have been confirmed. However, the Committee may not confirm the nomination for reasons to be recorded, by three-fourth majority within said period and forward it to the Commission through Prime Minister and in such case the Commission shall send another nomination. The Committee shall send the name of the nominee confirmed by it or deemed to have been confirmed to the Prime Minister who shall forward the same to the President for appointment.)
so, in conclusion I found out that General and Judges are appointed by PM no matter how you spin it, so what's the fuss all about?
