Pakistan People’s Party’s (PPP) chairman said on Friday he had never called Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif a traitor, rather he was targeting ‘Modi-Nawaz friendship’.
“I cannot never think about calling the country’s Prime Minister a traitor,” Bilawal told reporters after a meeting with Jamiat Ulema Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman in Islamabad.

“I never said such thing for the premier, instead I called friends of [Indian Prime Minister Narendra] Modi as traitors.”
