Yes, 100% it will. Hiroshima bombs were very small and crude, so the effects weren't felt around the world, but 10-15 todays nukes are enough to cause nuclear winter and blow a big hole in the ozone layer.

A country with so many hostilities with all of its neighbors ruled by not so reasonable people with evident aggressive posture is not someone i would vouch for to have nukes. I mean non of Israeli neighbors have nukes. Like Pakistani nukes were clearly meant to be a deterrent against Indian Nukes and Indian Nukes were a counterbalance to Chinese Nukes.
But i am afraid Israeli Nukes are not a counter balance to anyone but a weapon of any prospective war.
And honestly Israel Defense Forces are capable enough to defend Israel against all its foes which are considerably weak, i don't see any need of Nukes for them.
