When I first saw it, I immediately thought that the aircraft in the photograph has the profile of a swept wing cropped delta also the vertical wing look very prominent but the image is low quality to be sure.

IAF has confirmed presence of SU-30MKI in that theatre of conflict - they denied MiG-29 being there.
