Question: I used to do about an hour of cardio exercise as well as some weight lifting before I got covid. Shall I start doing it again or wait till I fully recover?
With the kind of weakness and loss of stamina that I am experiencing, I somehow have a feeling that its not good to start exercise and weight lifting for now. What's your take on it?
Let the body heal before restarting training as reduced oxygen absorption during training would be detrimental. Go for walks and do mild breathing exercises.
It'll all come back but takes a few weeks. You'll know when you are able to take a full and deep satisfying breath.
