KPK Budget 2013-14: PTI budget’s 19 unique points | The News Tribe

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) led coalition government in Khyber
Pakhtoonkhwa has approved its budget for province for fiscal year
2013-14.

Giving detail of the budget, Senior Minister Sirajul Haq says the budget has
been distributed into three categories: welfare, development and
administrative.

The allocation for each is as follow:
About Rs. 162 billion for welfare
About Rs. 118 billion for development
About Rs. 63 billion for administrative

Siraj says that Madinah is the model state for our government in the province.

Following are 19 unique points of the budget from KPK government:

Land record is being computerized
Thana Culture to be change right from the police station
Public can lodge FIR on telephone and Online and they do not need to go to police station
11,000 villages to be developed
10 small hydro power projets announced
Mobile courts announced for the province
Over 57 projects of sports, culture and tourism to get over Rs. 100 million
Special package for Kalash Valley minority community announced
For environment protection, the KPK government sets aside Rs. 1.27 billion
Over 157 projects for road infrastructure to get over Rs. 10 billion
Mass Transit System for Peshawar is undergoing planning phase
Subsidy of about Rs. 2 billion has been reserved on wheat

Rs. 500 million allocated for Cancer patients
Rs. 100 million set aside for Hepatitis patients
Rs. 3 billion have been reserved for Education Emergency and Improvement Proram

Education increase and Health increase is great for People

خیبرپختونخوا حکومت کاتعلیمی اور توانائی ایمرجنسی لگانے کا اعلان
پشاور…خیبرپختونخوا حکومت نے صوبے میں تعلیمی اور توانائی ایمرجنسی لگانے کا اعلان کیا ہے ، بجٹ میں تعلیم کیلئے 66 ارب سے زائد مختص کئے گئے ہیں ، جبکہ جبکہ صحت کیلئے 22ارب روپے مختص کئے گئے ہیں ۔بیس چھوٹے پن بجلی گھر بنانے کی تجویز بھی دی گئی ہے، خیبرپختونخوااسمبلی میں بجٹ پیش کرتے ہوئے سراج الحق کا کہنا تھاکہ صوبے کی حکومت کیلئے ریاست مدینہ کا نظام مشعل راہ ہوگا،ایک ارب چھیانوے کروڑ سے زائد رقم فلاحی کاموں کیلئے مختص کئے گئے ہیں، آیندہ تین سال میں غربت کی شرح کو نصف کردی جائے گی ، سراج الحق نے کہا کہ صوبے میں تعلیم کے فروغ کیلئے جنگی بنیادوں پر کام کیا جائے گا، صوبے میں 100پرائمری اسکول قائم کیے جائیں گے، لڑکے اور لڑکیوں کو تعلیم کی فراہمی یقینی بنائی جائے گی ۔وزیرخزانہ نے کہا کہ لوڈشیڈنگ کا خاتمہ صوبائی حکومت کی ترجیح ہے ، پن بجلی کے بیس منصوبے شروع کیے جائیں گے ، جبکہ وفاقی حکومت کی منظوری ملنے پر 450میگاواٹ کے چار منصوبوں پر کام کا اغاز جلد کردیا جائے گا، سوات اور ڈیرہ اسماعیل خان میں ریسکیو ون ون ٹو ٹوکا نظام قائم کیا جائے گا، جبکہ صوبے میں بلدیاتی انتخابات کرانے کیلئے ایک ارب روپے مختص کیے گئے ہیں۔

خیبرپختونخوا، کابینہ نے 14-2013 کیلئے بجٹ تجاویز کی منظوری دیدی
خیبر پختونخوا کابینہ نے بجٹ کی منظوری دے دی، بجٹ کا مجموعی حجم 344 ارب روپے ہے۔ سرکاری ملازمین کی تنخواہوں اور پنشن میں 15 فیصد اضافہ ہو گا۔ افغان ٹزانزٹ ٹریڈ پر ایک فیصد ٹیکس لگایا جائے گا۔

پشاور: کابینہ کا اجلاس وزیراعلیٰ پرویز خٹک کے زیر صدارت پشاور میں ہوا۔ اجلاس میں 344 ارب روپے کے نئے بجٹ اور فنانس بل کی منظوری دے دی گئی۔ نئے بجٹ میں کوئی ٹیکس نہیں لگایا گیا ہے البتہ افغان ٹرانزٹ ٹریڈ پر ایک فیصد ٹیکس کے نفاذ کا فیصلہ کیا گیا ہے۔ تعلیم اور صحت کے بجٹ میں 8 فیصد اضافہ کیا گیا ہے۔ بجٹ میں پشاور کے لئے دو بڑے ترقیاتی منصوبوں کا اعلان کیا جائے گا۔ سابق حکومت کے شروع کئے گئے 2 منصوبوں کے نام بھی تبدیل کر دئیے گئے ہیں جبکہ لیپ ٹاپ سکیم ختم کر دی جائے گی۔ صوبے میں ریونیو اتھارٹی کے قیام کا فیصلہ بھی کیا گیا ہے۔ وزیراعلیٰ خیبر پختونخوا پرویز خٹک نے میڈیا سے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ وہ ٹیکس فری بجٹ پیش کریں گے۔ صوبائی وزیر خزانہ سراج الحق نے کہا کہ صوبائی حکومت کی کوشش ہوگی ضمنی بجٹ نہ لانا پڑے۔ بجٹ کے ذریعے عوام کو ریلیف فراہم کیا جائے گا۔ اجلاس کے بعد صوبائی وزیر اطلاعات شوکت یوسف زئی نےمیڈیا کو بریفنگ دی۔ ان کا کہنا تھا کہ مہنگائی کے باعث صوبائی ملازمین کی تنخواؤں اور پنشن میں اضافہ ناگزیر تھا۔ افغان ٹریڈ ٹرانزٹ کی نگرانی کے لیے ایک علیحدہ محکمہ قائم کیا جا رہا ہے۔ شوکت یوسفزئی نے کہا کہ خیبر پختونخوا میں بھی پنجاب اور سندھ کی طرز پر ریونیو اتھارٹی بنائی جائیں گی۔

Metro Bus does not gives your children education so they can get proper jobs , I am glad they kept Metro Project for next year

Focus on improving Hospitals and schools which are very neglected in Pakistan

But yes good planners can plan good ways to maximize money

But why criticize when Punjab Government on the other hand is doing it for it's cities ?

believe not a bigger joke than that laptop scheme, or those flyovers around lahore where you can see the cracks already after barely a year of traffic or those metro buses that are already running with busted ACs and what not.

just saw an ANP guy lambasting the kpk budget and when asked why you think so ? he is like we started laptops for youth they (PTI) have stopped that scheme !! Pretty sure the cameraman wanted to laugh in his face

Busted AC's which will be replaced with special ones free of cost from Albarak Turkey and Volvo China. Remember it is a BOT (build operate transfer)

when ever i saw PTI's comment i start to laugh on there stupidity. when Federal Gov put Taxes they refused it loudly,,,, and they collect that money from where obviously federal gov's increased money.. for these project. and they praise PTI...... BTW did KPK have any plan to collect any money as tax (ohhh what about your tax reform, border base, agriculture budget, tax on rich and relief for poor?????????????????????????????????)

Chooro yaar, the education institutions of Punjab are best in whole Pakistan. Just go and check the HEC ranking of Top 20 Universities of Pakistan. 70% are from Punjab and Islamabad.
70% of students who qualifyies CSS every year are from Punjab. and this trend is similar for last 6 decades.

The hospitals of Islamabad and Lahore are treating thousand of patients every days referred from hospitals of KPK, even from Peshawar and Abbotabad.
