.. now coming to your video which wasted my 30+ minutes. go through your video at 4:22 and onward. the document shown there is itself a report of development. also watch that Ghani interview again in which he mentiond that most of the projects are in feasibility study. and brother A project takes more time on the table then it takes in construction. You have to go through Reconnaissance survey, then feasibility report, then planning, then management, then issuing tender. and brother even the feasibility report of a school take more or less then a month. it took 8 months for the feasibility report of first 15 dams. so wait and watch. you are talking about dams not some primary school. even that will take more then 3 months.

Also as per KP govt documents, this money was invested from 2005 - 08. Anchor of this program also acknowledged this. We can criticize PTI govt for not utilizing these funds till date, but we can't criticizing them for putting this money in stock market as it was done during 2005 - 08. PTI govt instead tried to pull the money out from stock market.

And yes after 18th amendment, power is provincial responsibility but there are some constraints. Projects above certain power capacity, above certain budget limit and with critical locations (which can hault water of other provinces) still need federal approval. On top of this, if any foreign party is involved then federal govt's sovereign guarantees are also necessary.

For projects in Punjab, PM takes his son (CM punjab) with him on foreign towers, but for KPK a feasibly perfect project was disapproved (I've given you a proof in my previous post).
