I think 3 years is more than enough to see if policies of govt are working. Anything more is like adding to misery of people. If someone performs within 3 years people can simply elect them again.

We should give them 8 years term to deliver. As democracy is new in Pakistan, can't expect anything in first 3, 4 years . We need consistency in policies, short 3 year term will do disaster for us.
