Nawaz blames PPP for security lapses in 3/3

LAHORE: Leader Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) Nawaz Sharif said on Thursday the security, escorting Sri Lankan players, failed to protect guests amid Lahore attacks as the government was bent upon derailing PML (N) government in Punjab adding, “This incident could have been avoided if PPP would be sincere to our government in Punjab.”

In an interview to a US magazine Sharif charged the Sri Lankan cricket team ambush shows the security system has collapsed in Pakistan since the government took office a year ago.

The fallout from Tuesday's attack is adding to political problems facing the shaky government just as US wants it to stay focused on the fight against al-Qaida and the Taliban.

He blamed that President Zardari agendas parted Pakistan with true democracy as after imposition of governor rule major reshuffling in government offices occurred which adversely affect security situation in country.

Government should board all political parties to run country and to face challenges of Pakistan, Sharif proposed government.

and that is why the Military shoudl defend our orders it is a symbol of pride for our nation if it does its job.

Absolutely not I think it has destroyed our voice a lot of time not saying that Musharraf was a bad person but I don't think he should have been president.

pakistan was/is much better off with military rule, because most military leaders are not corrupt and DONT loot their country

what you need to understand is that financial growth is never as good as industrial growth what Musharraf provided may have looked good for the financial sector but it dissolved our Industry to what it is today he is the one leader who has probably fooled our nation the most because he has gotten us growth from billions pumped in by America and that sir is just as good as beggary and being a citizen I feel that leaders should show most reluctance in taking aid not going their and spreading their hands for more.

I really wish that could have been true I think he is the only one leader capable of doing something in the current political climate.
