NASA declassified the haunting sounds astronauts heard on the far side of the moon

. .
I am waiting for the post that classifies them as the Azaan or reciting of Quranic verses.
It seem NASA these days is writing scripts for Hollywood movies based on Aliens

 , living upto standards ? But I am sure extremists/mullahs would not miss a chance to capitalize on it.

But how can they hear sounds in space where there is vacuum?
The sounds were heard on the radio, not space. The radio could in theory be catching the various free radio waves that roam the galaxy on the far side of the moon. remember this is the 60's and there was no flooding of the electromagnetic spectrum in the ionosphere and otherwise around earth in this era.

Looks like you just couldn't resist the itch to drag religion into this thread could you?
Someone had to do it.

Those who are deaf to Ezan or recitation of the Kuran-i Kerim on the earth, won't hear it on the Moon either.
What of those that hear it when it is unheard of? Those that imagine hearing it.

. .
at least mullah's don't claim to have flown airplanes or tested nukes 5000 years ago in the Vedic times

Now let's wait for the new kid on the block to come up with such stories to raise it's stature an inch or so

Aliens playing very ''earthly'' spooky movie music...I actually expected unknown sounds from them.

.

Better video

When you listen to the video keep in mind

a) Moon has no atmosphere so the sound cannot propagate
If you yelled on moon's surface no one would be able to hear you unless they had headphone

b) They were behind the moon so any signal from earth not possible

Sounds like a Siren repeating in regular intervals doesn't it

If it was a space phenomenon, why they did not hear it , on front side of moon?

The distress tone was being broadcasted , obviously being picked up as radio signal by astronaut's headphones
