I know about gold biscuits but gold button conjures up an image of a button made of gold for a shirt/coat etc. I have a pair of gold cufflinks, gifted to me by my FiL on my wedding but I never wore and gave it my wife since gold is not allowed for men in Islam.

Different political groups created and then neutralised by raising others are the parts of the dirty games and political engineering our state has been doing on the instructions of internal and external players. IJT and MQM were propped up to counter PPP and both were given free hand which resulted in the grave loss t the nation. One hijacked and destroyed the financial capital of the country while other hijacked Punjab and centre, and now state is finding itself in a very difficult situation to get rid of these parasites..MQM is easier to dispense with but PMLn has spread like a cancer and the biggest infestation have happened in the bureaucracy and judiciary.

There was a time when I used to think exactly like that, I would dream that there was an all party conference at some deserted lodge/hotel which would be taken out by the PAF wiping out the entire civilian political and bureaucratic leadership while blaming terrorists for the act.

And then the reality donned on me, who created all these politicians, who gave these politicians cover, power and protection, who gave them freedom from accountability, who gave them the tools and means to suppress the masses and who gave them tools to blackmail and malign other politicians, who made and broke politicians and political alliances etc.............and then I got depressed.

The reason for keeping gold is because they can use gold for illegal activities, like buying guns for example. Among other transactions. Button, brick or anyother shape is just that a shape.

No doubt, but I see the whole society at fault. These people came from this very society and they weren't imported. The 2-3 generations that we had were absolute morons. There was the generation that made Pakistan and unfortunately what followed was imbeceiles that dragged the nation down.

The good thing is youngsters today are not like that and they are far more clued on about things than previous generations who only knew how to eat and release gas all day long, they made 0 contribution for the future generations.

And Pakistan shall exist and prosper InshaAllah... so time to chop the heads of snakes... starting with supreme leaders... and those who think that hiding in PTI will save them. Wrong!
