Old news. We have secured IMF loan.

No we have not.

The board has not yet approved it. Raising electricity prices is one of the pre-conditions that is to be done.

Moreover, today the newspapers have a report that IMF first wants Pakistan to also ensure loans from other parties to bridge the $4 billion deficit EVEN AFTER the IMF loan.

And that has gone into uncertainty now as well since no one knows how long the govt is here.
