3) Industrialize Pakistan make manufacturing plants

• 1 - get educated in Islamic studies and learn practical skills like reading, writing and speaking in Arabic. It would also help if they were taught hown to sew Arabic Thobe.

I had an encounter recently with a relative of mine from back home, hes an 'Alim'. The biggest POS scumbag corrupt bastard you ever see with beard and a 5 time namaazi.

On the flip side ive got 3 friends who attended islamic boarding school here in the u.k who are now all lawyers, earning good money beards prayers etc and decent people. A good balance between faith and modern society.

I have two suggestions on foreign exchange management.:

1. Establish a centralized foreign exchange management system for enterprises. All enterprises and govt agencies are divided into foreign exchange earning and non foreign exchange earning categories.
All foreign exchange earned by foreign exchange earning enterprises and institutions must be sold to the state. Then the state allows these enterprises and institutions to leave a certain proportion of foreign exchange for use at any time. These foreign exchange can be used to import technology and equipment, and also encourage these enterprises to strengthen export trade.
The use of foreign exchange by non foreign exchange earning enterprises must be verified and approved by specialized agencies. This can also encourage these enterprises to strive to obtain foreign exchange.

2. Establish a foreign exchange vouchers system.
Foreigners who come to Pakistan for tourism, or people who receive foreign exchange remitted to Pakistan by overseas relatives, must exchange it into foreign exchange vouchers or PKRs with the Pakistani govt. The govt has set up a foreign exchange vouchers shop, and all non essential imported goods must be purchased with foreign exchange vouchers.
This system can effectively prevent the loss of foreign exchange, eliminate the black market and encourage overseas remittances.

Pakistani are already doing that, but what is the point if there are no opportunities for them? That's the problem. They are plenty of smart and talented Pakistanis but many are working overseas where opportunities are better. I worked with many myself. The only problem is that once they settle overseas it's very difficult for them to return.
